The Mishka Homes is a Bhopal-based interior solutions provider and a branch of Mishka Surface Decor, offering modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors & windows, railings, partitions and related surface materials.

2. Quotations & Estimates

• All prices shown on the website, including the Kitchen Cost Calculator, are indicative estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer.
• A final quotation is provided only after a site visit, detailed measurement and material selection.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change with material price fluctuations.

3. Orders & Payments

• Work commences after written confirmation of the quotation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• The payment schedule (advance, mid-project and completion instalments) is specified in the individual quotation.
• Custom-made and made-to-measure items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, site readiness or circumstances beyond our control.
• The client is responsible for ensuring site access, electricity and a work-ready space during installation.

5. Warranty

Warranty on hardware, finishes and materials follows the respective manufacturer's warranty terms (for example, Hafele hardware carries Hafele's warranty). Workmanship-related issues reported within the agreed warranty period will be rectified by our team. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, moisture, alterations by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

All content on this website — text, images, the logo and designs — is the property of The Mishka Homes or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product images are for representation; actual finishes may vary slightly.

7. Limitation of Liability
