Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to products bought from the shop on mishkahomes.in. Custom kitchen, wardrobe and furniture work follows the terms of your project agreement.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as below.

2. Returns & replacement

• Report damaged, defective or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos / an unboxing video, and we will replace them or refund you.
• Unused hardware and accessories in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item was wrong or defective.
• Sample / catalogue boxes are not returnable (they are for viewing finishes) unless damaged or incorrect on arrival. Finish colours on screen and in print can differ slightly from the actual product.
• Items that have been installed, cut, used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking) through Razorpay and normally reach your account within 5-7 working days. Shipping charges are refunded only if we sent a wrong or defective item.

4. Failed payments

If money is debited but your order shows as unpaid, do not pay again. The amount is automatically returned by your bank / Razorpay within 5-7 working days, or contact us with the payment reference and we will check it.
