This policy applies to products bought from the shop on mishkahomes.in (hardware, accessories and sample / catalogue boxes). Modular kitchens, wardrobes and other custom work are delivered and installed as per your project agreement.
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2-3 working days of successful payment (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
Delivery usually takes 4-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote PIN codes may take longer.
A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies, and shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 or more. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay. Shipping charges include GST.
Once shipped, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order page, and you can check them any time from Track Order.
Please check the parcel at delivery. If it is visibly damaged, tell the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help. If the address or phone number is wrong or unreachable and the parcel returns to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
